Overview

All sales of firearms and ammunition are final.

We do not permit the return or exchange on the following products:

NFA items (SBR, SBS, Silencers)
Firearms (New or used. Applies once firearm has been transferred to buyer or shipped to FFL)
Special orders
Ammunition
“As is” or “used” (open box, no box)
Optics, illumination devices (white light, IR), Night Vision devices, IR/VIS Laser Illuminators
Ballistic Armor (Plates, Helmets)

By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will be charged a 15% processing and inconvenience fee. There are no exceptions to this rule.

NFA regulated items

NFA regulated merchandise cancelled before shipment is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

NFA regulated merchandise that has been shipped and is being returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Used Firearms

Firearms being sold in this condition will be marked as such. All sales on used firearms / items are as-is and final.

Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers, other included parts are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, parts, and accessories listed for sale on this website may be restricted and/or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturers box with all included magazines, accessories and applicable warranty.

If your firearm includes a magazine or accessory that is restricted in your area, it will be removed before shipping.

Ammunition Sales

You must be 18 years or older to purchase shotgun or rifle ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped via ground with adult signature required.

All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to restricted and/or prohibited areas.

Auction / Online order fulfilment

Items purchased online will ship within 1-3 days days using UPS or FedEx only. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Online store & Price Description

Our inventory changes everyday. East Coast Arsenal strives to keep the site up to date and accurate, however mistakes can occasionally occur.

An item may appear by mistake, a typographical error can appear in the description, inventory count can be off. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are 100% error-free. East Coast Arsenal reserves the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description, price, picture, or quantity available. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customers card. If the card has been charged, a refund will be issued promptly.
