For handguns, you must be a Pennsylvania resident 21 years or older with a valid state-issued ID. For long guns (rifles/shotguns), you must be 18 years or older. All firearm purchases require passing the Pennsylvania Instant Check System (PICS) background check at our store.
An FFL (Federal Firearms License) transfer is required when you purchase a firearm online or from an out-of-state seller. The seller ships the firearm to a local FFL dealer (like us), and we complete the required background check and paperwork for you to legally take possession of it.
Yes! We buy, sell, and trade used firearms. Bring your unloaded and cased firearm to the store, and we can provide you with a cash quote or trade-in value towards a new purchase.
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store, or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL before purchase.
We need a copy of the FFL license for the dealer of your choice. If we do not have a copy on file, we will need to receive one. East Coast Arsenal cannot be blamed for dealers dragging their feet and delaying sending us their information.
Shipping and processing times depend on what you order and/or how fast your dealer contacts us. If you order a silencer / suppressor your dealer must send us their information before East Coast Arsenal can start the form 3 dealer transfer. The form 3 dealer transfer typically takes no more than 2 weeks. So if you order a silencer / suppressor it would be expected to ship no more than 2 weeks AFTER the dealer it is shipping to contacts East Coast Arsenal. East Coast Arsenal cannot be blamed for dealers dragging their feet and delaying sending us their information.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, East Coast Arsenal will contact you by email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to restricted and/or prohibited areas.
Items purchased online will ship within 1-3 days using UPS or FedEx only. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

An item may appear by mistake, a typographical error can appear in the description, inventory count can be off.
